S. Franklin, 

"is an emerging writer, music biographer, & poet from Northwestern Indiana.

Originally born in a suburb of Chicago, called Berwyn, he was raised in another 'burb called Cicero. Sheldon may have started out a city slicker, but he finished growing up in various small towns in the aforementioned Northwestern area of Indiana (since his father's passing in January of 2006).

Since his youth, Sheldon has maintained a deep love & appreciation for music and writing.

This is why his blog tab, Moved By Music, is exclusively dedicated to sharing his experiences and encounters with others who are just as moved by music as he is (if not more)!

Some of his favorite types of music include (but are not limited to): Metal/Metalcore, Rap/Hip-Hop, R&B, Classic Rock, Folk, Soul, Funk, Punk (Hardcore or Otherwise), Swing, Bluegrass, & Dance/Electronic.

Sheldon currently lives in Northeastern Indiana with his wife and their 3 dogs and is currently finalizing collaborative work for formatting his debut collection of poetry entitled Some Lamentations, which he intends to self-publish with the help of a handful of gracious sponsors. 

He has a few poetry publication credits & a nice handful of editorial publishing credits with Dive In Magazine & Digital Wolf Magazine; to which he is a recurring contributor (writing about art, music, and community)." ~
